Denn FLESHKILLER ist die neue Band von Ole Borud, Genrefans bestens als Gitarrist bei Extol bekannt. Das Album "Awaken" wurde zwiswchen Ende 2015 und Anfang 2017 in verschiedenen Studios aufgenommen. Geschrieben wurde es von Ole im Alleingang und soll "old school death metal aesthetics with rich harmonic prog fusion elements" mischen. 

Am  30. Jui wird die erste Single veröffentlicht werden, das Album folgt im September. Ole kommentiert:
